Technology is only as effective as the people who manage and use it. You can install the best network infrastructure, but if the team responsible for managing it does not understand how it works, the investment is always going to underperform. Training is not a nice-to-have for ICT teams; it is a fundamental part of getting value from technology investment and reducing dependence on expensive external support for problems that internal staff should be able to solve themselves.
JAAM Group provides certified ICT training and capacity building for individuals and teams across Uganda. Our trainers are working professionals, not just educators, with active certifications and hands-on delivery experience across networking, systems administration, power systems and security. That means the training is grounded in the real-world situations your team will face, not just in the theory required to pass an exam.
We deliver training across networking (CISCO CCNA preparation, network fundamentals, structured cabling and IP addressing), systems administration (Windows Server, Linux administration, virtualisation), power systems (UPS management, solar system operation and maintenance, generator operation), and security (CCTV system operation, access control administration, basic cybersecurity awareness). All programmes are tailored to the learner's existing level and to the specific technology environment they work in; we do not run generic courses that require people to mentally translate the content into their own context.
We operate across eight core areas; from security and ICT consulting to power solutions and managed services, united by a commitment to quality, clear communication and accountability.
